Well Intervention / Coil Tubing Engineer / New Zealand

The client are seeking an experienced Well Intervention / Coil Tubing Engineer who can plan and deliver first class geothermal well services and innovative client solutions. You will have excellent customer service skills, be a qualified engineer with well services experience, the ability to make things happen and take ownership for client deliverables.

You will be a professional engineer who will represent Western Energy with clients, analyse problems and opportunities to recommend services and then ensure they are delivered at the highest quality.

General responsibilities will include:

• Review and analyse well data
• Work with our team to prepare and plan a variety of well operations, including engaging with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Maintain a knowledge of the latest technical developments in the industry to ensure novel and resourceful problem solving for clients
• Build & maintain client relationships and deliver a positive and proactive service
• Prepare, complete and direct all job reporting for associated operations
• Promote and ensure safe work practices across all operations

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, who enjoys creating strong client relationships. Coil Tubing well intervention experience is advantageous, but not essential and we will consider spectacular applicants with adjacent experience. Experience within the geothermal sector would be an advantage. Preference will be given to those with the right to work in New Zealand.
