Function description
Drive and lead on the development and implementation of an end-to-end IM&IT Service Delivery Operating Model for the respective countries by establishing a service delivery framework with standardized service portfolio, optimum operating budget and support management strategy in order to enable timely, simplified and efficient IT service.
Lead and facilitate the implementation of service delivery improvement master plan for Mexico through good understanding of industry best practices and recommend adoptions to stakeholders, facilitate the implementation in order to position the delivery of Upstream IT Services against industry standards and practices and progressively introduce new services that improves service quality.
Lead and drive the establishment and implementation of a stable and robust IM & IT Service Management Model to govern the delivery of IM&IT services including IT Asset Management by strategically implementing the right, simplified and standardised technology and tools via a service management framework that cultivates a customer-oriented mind-set in order to ensure successful implementation and operational sustainability.
Provide technical advice and expert analysis pertaining to the implementation and delivery of IT applications and services to the key stakeholders in order to provide reasonable assurance of the adequacy and operating effectiveness to meet external and internal stakeholders’ service requirements.
Lead and facilitate country Business ICT planning and Budgeting (WPB) exercise by leading ICT Budgeting planning activities for optimum operating budget and operational strategies in order to be more effective in managing the Business OPEX and CAPEX.
Drive the effective implementation of Service Delivery Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan at country to ensure sustainability and continuity of business operations while minimizing business downtime, opportunity and financial losses and/or adverse business reputation impact during disaster or crisis.
Requirements
13 - 15 years of experience in similar IT position.Oil & Gas experience is preferred.
