This role represents a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Commercial Manager with a background in the energy to secure their next long term opportunity working in Sydney's Northern suburbs. In this role you will assume responsibility for all commercial aspects of customer proposals, tenders, quotations and contracts for the various portfolios within this growing business. We are seeking applications from those with a desire to help shape the future of Australia’s energy infrastructure, and to work for one of the world’s leading organisations.
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1) Undertaking contract negotiations with customers and ensuring they are successfully completed within agreed parameters for pricing and contractual risk profiles;
2) Interfacing and close collaboration with stakeholders such as in-house legal counsel, tendering team, sales executives, technical team, procurement managers, and senior management, as well as the company wide sales commercial team;
3) Look at ways to improve process efficiency within the sales and commercial departments; and
4) Manage and finalise contract reviews, draft amendments and facilitate input from key stakeholders.
To be considered you will ideally be degree qualified in Law, Business, Commerce or accounting as well as possessing a background in a commercial, legal or accounting environment. You will be an oustanding communicator with excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
This role will be offered on a long term contract basis with an attractive hourly rate available to the successful applicant. You will be based in Sydney's inner northern suburbs and be required to work 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
