Team Leader Urban Infrastructure (Drainage, Wastewater & Road) - Vietnam

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Team Leader for an upcoming Urban infrastructure project in Vietnam consisting of Drainage, Wastewater & Transportation aspects.

Opportunity:

The client is a leading International Consultancy who are looking to undertake the Contract Management & Construction Supervision components of a World Bank funded urban development programme in Vietnam. The project consists of 3 major components:

1. Drainage and Wastewater improvement,
2. Bus rapid transit (BRT Infrastructure only)

• Urban Strategic Roads

Responsibilities:

The Team Leader shall be responsible for leading all activities liaising with Government agents and all stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery. They shall be supported by a team of Resident Engineers and shall be responsible for coordinating the different site supervision teams. Key elements to be undertaken shall include the management of all contractual matters including Claim & Dispute Management as well Stakeholder management as well as co- orientating a multidisciplinary team. This would be a 10 month assignment.

Key requirements for the role:

• Degree in Drainage/Road and Bridge construction.
• 20 years working experience
• 15 experience in design and construction supervision management in large urban projects related to drainage and wastewater improvement, roads and bridges.
• Regional experience would be beneficial

Language:

Fluency in English writing and communication

Salary Package:

The salary package will depend on experience and will consist of full expatriate package including Flights, accommodation etc.
