Commercial Manager – East Anglia - Industry leading package

The client is an innovative speciality chemical manufacturing company who are going through a period of growth and are looking for an influential Commercial Manager to join their team in East Anglia.

This company has developed over the years a loyal customer base driven by their broad product range, technology & projects and as such needs an astute Commercial Manager to work closely with existing key accounts to develop business further whilst keeping ahead of the market changes through developing new opportunities to drive strategy. The ideal person will be a sincere, engaging leader with the ability to influence through exceptional negotiation and decision making skills to maximise growth opportunities.       

The Commercial Manager will report into the CEO and form part of their extended management team. The ideal candidate will ideally be degree educated or equivalent and come from a chemical manufacturing background with a good understanding of legislation and compliance of upper tier COMAH sites. To be successful in the role you will need to have outstanding communication skills with a proven background in building effective customer relationships, as well as having strong project management skills and be solution orientated.      

The successful candidate will be compensated with an attractive salary, generous bonus and car allowance, contributory pension, private health care and life assurance. Relocation package is also offered for the right candidate.
