The client is a Commercial Builder that specialises in delivering Industrial projects. With an established presence, their successful team is looking for a recent graduate who is wanting to be a Contract Administrator to support them on a project in the Western-Sydney region.

You must be prepared to travel to site and open to the potential site-based needs to service current and pending projects.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Cadet will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Liaising with subcontractors
• Administration and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
• Administration of the project HSE system

To be considered for the role of Cadet you will require:

• Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
• 1 years experience minimum
• Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractors
• Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills
