Business Line Manager
Location: Switzerland
Salary: In the region of 150k -160k CHF (basic + bonus) + car
My client is a leading global OEM and service provider of rotating equipment looking for a Business Line Manager who will drive and develop the business. You will also act as part of the management team and look after the operations of the division.
Experience/ knowledge required:
- Fluent in English and German, conversational French
- Experience with rotating equipment including pumps, compressors etc.
- Strong management skills
- P&L responsibility and experience with reporting budgets etc.
- Experience within a sales leadership position
- Business Administration qualification - desirable
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Managing the sales team based around Switzerland
- Leading the division and identifying new business opportunities
- Possess a strong market knowledge, not only of existing clients but also of new markets
- Responsible for the operations in the division
- Acting as a member of the management team
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, retention and repeat business
