With a buoyant project portfolio within the commercial construction sector this company has recognised opportunity within the civil infrastructure space to build a name and continue their growth within the Wellington market.
Therefore they’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong client- facing skills, business development capabilities and commercial acumen to continue the growth they’

In the first instance this position will be business development focused; identifying potential opportunities for projects and establishing quality client relationships, should you already have a network within the civil infrastructure sector this will be highly advantageous. Once there’s consistent project activity and workflow this role has the potential to progress to becoming a team- leader adding coaching and mentoring responsibilities in the mix.
Along with the correct experience we’ll be looking for a dynamic, outgoing and entrepreneurial-minded project manager that will work hard and invest into this company’s culture.

Additionally traits and attributes we’re considering:
- A tertiary qualification in either Civil Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience within a Project Management consulting position and preferably experience within civil infrastructure – Roads, Rail and Highways
- An outgoing personality, confident communication skills and the ability to create long-lasting relationships with different internal and external stakeholders
- The correct working and legal rights for New Zealand
