As part of the LNG Project, we are looking for the provision of an Inspection Engineering Services to support its Inspection division within its Operations team.
The SERVICES dimensions are as following:
• Managing technical support activities necessary to perform routine inspections, major overhaul inspections and modifications on the LNG plant and subsea network
• Ensuring the integrity of MOZAMBIQUE LNG assets with applicable codes and regulations
Technical support on all aspects of Inspection matters, and provision of expert technical advice, including but not limited to, on the following subjects:
• Adhere to HSE and other policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures
• Work safely without any LTI with contribution towards continual improvement
• Attend mandatory HSE trainings, refresher/expired trainings and apply them on site
• Support to maintain and continually improve ISO 14001 Environment Management System requirements and other management initiatives
• Develop the Inspection system for MOZ LNG from the Project phase to the Operation phase (RBI/Fame +, SAP, systems, inspection plans for vessels, lines and PSVs)
• Perform base of line Inspection of the facilities from Pre-commissioning
• Plan Inspection and Integrity activities of Afungi Site to provide the COMPANY with activities guidance that matches COMPANY objectives, budgets, and schedules
• Prepare special inspection activities in term of procedures, equipment and manpower
• Assist site inspection to develop inspection procedures based on international codes and standards and ensures that they are used by concerned plant personnel
• Ensure updating of the computerized system for the management of inspection activities and data acquisition (SAP/FAME+)
• Ensure rigorous follow up of PSV’s certification and replacement
• Verifie the application of the QA/QC system within COMPANY and proposes updates of subsequent quality manuals and procedures to ensure the achievement of maximum quality consistent with economy, efficiency and professionalism
• Detect and prevents any situation, behavior or activity compromising MOZ LNG assets integrity
• Ensure that all COMPANY facilities (plant and pipeline) conform at all time to COMPANY and statutory standards and subsequent inspection plans
• Ensure the implementation of the inspection mid and long term strategies and programs for the LNG plant and subsea network
• In liaison with site inspection, reviews materials and construction specifications for new projects and modifications. Ensure application of prescribed quality assurance procedures and plant change procedure
• Control, monitor, and perform reporting for Inspection and Integrity activities to ensure that the COMPANY management and the necessary authorities are informed regarding the activities accurately, within the determined timeline DELIVERABLES
• Daily, weekly and monthly Progress Reports,
• Final Report.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor dgree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Mastery in inspection method, technique & NDT
• Very good knowledge in corrosion & process equipment failure modes
• Very good knowledge on international & TOTAL inspection references, codes & standards
• Engineering degrees Mechanical, Metallurgy and/or Chemical
• High knowledge in inspection working management systems: SAP and FAME+ for RBI
• High knowledge in computer application & method
• Experience: At least 5 years in oil & gas business and LNG
• Good command of written and spoken English
