IT Support Technician Level 1

Purpose: Perform Cybersecurity Compliance work on OT (Operational Technology) Assets.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Assist site staff with support and troubleshooting OT assets and software
• Build and deployment of new assets that comply with site OT standards
• Cable management for newly deployed assets
• Conduct inspections of areas with OT equipment and validate compliance with site standards
• Cleanup of site rack rooms
• Decommission old assets per site OT standards
• Execute cybersecurity compliance work on OT assets
• Manually lifting and racking servers (1U, 2U)
• Properly dispose of electronic waste
• Troubleshoot and replace workstation / server hardware as needed
• Update enterprise antivirus clients
• Update enterprise backup clients
• Update site asset inventory and network monitoring software

Desired Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
