Project Engineer - Up to $120K Package / Australia

This Builder/Developer has been operating for 3 years within the Property and Construction market as a result of their successful property division.

They are now looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join their team and work on a High-Rise development valued at $50M. The project is located in the Port Kembla region and is a 20-storey building with 3 basements and 150 units. 

As the Project Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Assisting in the writing of construction program and hands-on delivery of work 
• Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
• High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction 

To be considered for the position of Project Engineer you will require:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Engineering on Commercial projects as a principal contractor
• Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
• Previously worked on Apartment, Education or large-scale developments
• Travel across NSW and when necessary interstate travel 
• Experience work on projects up to $50M in value
