Site Supervisor- Growing company in Melbourne's north / Australia

The client is a fit-out contractor specializing in both industrial and commercial works. They are looking for a Site Supervisor for work in the North of Melbourne. They run fit-out and refurbishment projects valued between $1mil and $10mil. As the company grows they will undertake progressively larger projects which means this position is well suited to a driven candidate who wishes to challenge themselves and progress within the business.

You will get the chance to work in a supportive environment with a collaborative team. To be considered for the role you should have the following:

• Five years experience in refurbishment and fit-out
• Commercial and industrial experience (this can include new build)
• Three years management experience as a minimum
• Absolute commitment to OH&S
• Commitment to following processes
