Sales Manager – Services and Products / UAE

Function description

• Achieve annual sales target and manage customer expectation for existing client base;
  
• Develop new customers in the region;
  
• Generates and increase the number of client leads, inquiries and tenders for company products portfolio;
  
• Create, identify and proactively act upon sales leads with customers/prospects, and informing them about company’s products, managing quote requests and ensuring that leads are followed up on;
  
• Establish and maintains relationships with customer departments including purchasing, head office, technical, workshop and vessel crew;
  
• Participates in marketing activities such as exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings & seminars;
  
• Visits customers/prospects and explor their demands and wishes, and bring company’s solutions to get their attention;
  
• Coordinates and manage the complete Products & Services sales process to order completion;
  
• Handles problems/disputes/claims from customers and coordinate solutions with the Regional Commercial Director and with relevant stakeholders;
  
• Contributes yearly area sales planning for sales forecasts, budgets, objectives, sales tactics etc., with a focus on the Middle East & North Africa region.
