An oil and gas major client currently require a Recruitment Manager for a major capital LNG project to be based at Contractor offices in Milan, Italy.
The Recruitment Manager will provide support to COMPANY on all aspects of Recruitment matters, and provision of expert technical advice, including but not limited to, on the following subjects:
The Recruitment Manager will provide support to COMPANY on all aspects of Recruitment matters, and provision of expert technical advice, including but not limited to, on the following subjects:
- Develop Service descriptions for all positions to be mobilized in cooperation with Operation discipline engineers
- Define best strategy to mobilize the external resources for production and maintenance to start and operate Mozambique LNG
- Define planning of recruitment in line with project planning
- Lead a working group with HR (package and records), procurement and job competencies (EXP/STR; Opercap) from Total and Mozambique LNG divisions to organize recruitment campaigns, define the responsibilities of each of the stakeholders in that process
- Develop data base to follow-up recruitment (CVs; positions filled and to be filled…)
- Develop KPIs and follow progress
- Prepare recruitment cessions with Operation team, project and HQ roles
- Lead and organize recruitment cessions in different countries
- Member of the interview team
- Liaise with Mozambique National Training Program
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- 15 or more years experience in Oil and gas industry and a minimum of Five (5) years in LNG.
- Experience in supervision, training and performance evaluation in a multicultural workforce
- Experience with recruitment processes
- 5 years of experience in recruiting, managing large operation teams (including recruiting) or similar HR role
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a foreign location exposed to project management, commissioning, start-up and operations
- Sound knowledge and experience of pre- commissioning, commissioning, start-up, operation and maintenance
- Experience in LNG plant gas treating, dehydration, liquefying, refrigeration, fractionation, compression, LNG and condensate storage and loading systems
- Good command of written and spoken English
