Site Supervisor - Residential - Newcastle 

This is a prime opportunity to step into a Supervisor position working for a leading residential builder.
 
This company builds 50 homes a year and is growing across the Sydney, Newcastle and Central Coast regions 

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction management software
• Liaise with and coordinate all trades / suppliers to deliver services on time
• Liaise with clients and keep them up to date with their homes
• Check materials delivered to ensure they are correct
• Ensure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled timeframes
• Undertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defects
• Solve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient timeframe
• Undertake WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe condition
• Coordinate trades and clients during maintenance period
• Site visits during sales stage to complete site assessment 

Your background: 

• 5+ years' experience supervising homes 
• Volume or custom housing experience
• Trade background or construction qualification 
• Ability to drive between sites
