CONTRACT/LEGAL ADVISOR

Within the Contract management department, the "contract advisor" will have to assist the operational entities in charge of tenders for engineering projects as well as for major turnkey projects.
The contract advisor will also work with the R&D department as well as with the purchasing department.
The main responsibilities of the contract advisor are as follows:
-Review, write, qualify a wide variety of contracts (MOU, confidentiality agreements, partnership contracts, EPC contracts) and participate in their negotiations;
- Prepare the legal documentation for responding to tenders;
-Evaluate the risks and legal needs specific to the files, propose innovative solutions able to reduce the risks;
-Write, review and negotiate subcontracting agreements;
-Collaborate with other Saipem functions such as finance, insurance, general secretariat.
Requirements:
-Fluent in English + minimum basic French
-Familiar with infrastructure projects in international law firms/companies
-Proven experience in reviewing and advising on tendering contracts and effective negotiation skills are essential
-Team player
- Knowledge of Word + Excel
