Contract: Senior Document Controller - Renewable Energy / Australia

The client is a world leading operator and builder of wind farm projects. As a result of recent growth in Australia, they're now looking to appoint the services of a Senior Document Controller to join their team. Working from the Melbourne head office you will report to a highly credentialed and experienced Project Controls Manager. This is a great opportunity to secure a long term role in the renewable energy sector with a genuine employer of choice who put their people at the heart of everything they do. 

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Project Administration of Aconex System including maintaining security of access.
• Set up, administration and reporting of internal and external project documentation packages across project life cycle.
• Process document transmittals and workflows between project team and various project stakeholders.
• Maintain integrity of revision control between Aconex and primary drawing management system
• Collection during, and handover of completed project documentation at close of project.
• Interaction with Engineering and Projects Team members to assist with project-related document control functions.
• General day-to-day document control support
• Visible office champion of document control processes; and
• Guiding stakeholders in correct use of Aconex software. 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller with over seven years on Australia resources and energy projects. You will ideally have worked for the owners' team or the EPCM and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
