Estimating Manager - Leading contractor in Melbourne / Australia

Estimating Manager required by growing national fit-out contractor with a strong presence in the retail, government and tertiary education sectors. 

The client is an established Commercial Construction company who work on projects up to $10m, but most commonly around $3mil. They are currently seeking an Estimating Manager to run a team of three estimators. They will consider applications from experienced senior estimators with a strong track record in the relevant sectors. 

In this role you will work closely with the Project Managers to ensure that projects you hand over to them are estimated accurately to ensure they have a strong platform to work from to ensure commercial success.

To be considered for the role;

• Experience in the retail and education sectors
• Commitment to managing a successful team
• Experience estimating commercial fit out or new build jobs up to $5m
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
