Description
- Sets up new user profiles
- Ensures badges are appropriately set up and activated.
- Assists with entering schedules and pay formulas to each contract employee and verifies accurate pay rates.
- Assists with generating contractor workforce schedules.
- Allocates billable hours for each contractor to one or more charge-to codes.
- Downloads information into SAP when allocations are completed and approved.
- Reviews timesheets and work schedules, and enters time worked for each contractor into the TRACK system.
- Performs verification of invoices against the TRACK System and assists with resolving discrepancies.
- Assists with generating contractor man-hour and reconciliation reports.
- Assists with generating workforce reports and exception reports.
- Overrides TRACK time calculations and/or correct activity and schedule exceptions.
- Assists supplier timekeepers and other departments.
- 3-5 years of experience in TRACK System and refinery, or capital/construction required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office database and spreadsheet applications (Access and Excel).
- Proficient skill using Microsoft Office programs (i. e., Word and Excel).
- Skill in providing thorough, efficient, and effective customer service to individuals at all levels within the organization required.
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods required.
- Ability to accomplish work within required timelines, including short, long, and emergency time frames required.
- Ability to work with others to accomplish challenging assignments required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments to ensure completion of tasks within stated time requirements required.
