The client is one of the most established tier 3 builders in Melbourne, that focuses on new build commercial projects from $10m - $50m across the Melbourne market. The company was founded a number of years ago and since its inception, has grown to be the go-to builder of choice. They currently operate between 8-12 projects at any one time across Education, Government, Leisure & Commercial up to $50m.
Due to a full order book for 2020/21 and a newly created position, they have a need to appoint a Safety Coordinator to work alongside the HSEQ Manager.
To be considered for the role, you must have commercial construction experience in a Safety Coordinator role. (Due to the nature of the projects they build, only commercial construction experience will be considered). You'll also have strong on-site training experience, be able to build a positive rapport with site teams through coaching & mentoring and be extremely resilient.

- Minimum of Cert IV in WH&S
- 5 + years experience
- Construction WH&S experience
- Experience of HSE Advisor/Coordinator role
- Commercial new build experience
