Distribution Lines Team leader / Africa

The client is seeking for a Team leader .

The team leader should be an Electrical Engineer who would be available as soon as possible to be the Team Leader of a project in Benin : Supervision, control and monitoring of the services provided by the firms tasked with building distribution lines and substations in Cotonou.

Here are the criteria:

- Distribution lines experience ( more than 3 projects)

- Master degree in Engineering with 20 years of experience in design, construction and management of electricity distribution systems

- Solid experience as a Team Leader (management of an international team of experts and coordination with various stakeholders)

- 10 years of specific experience in management and supervision of construction works in the frame of at least three similar projects (and preferably in sub-saharan french-speaking Africa)

- Good knowledge of project planning

- Good communication skills

- Perfectly fluent in French

This is a full-time position based in Cotonou, Benin for the next two years, starting as soon as possible.
