Reputable and well known building company based in Northwest Sydney is looking for an Administrator to support their operations and land development team.

The Role

Assistant to the senior management team
Diary management and meeting schedules.
Meeting attendance and minutes
Travel arrangements
Document collation and report formulation
Expense reimbursements
General Letters and reports.
General phone duties
Spreadsheet work
Process charting.

Your Requirements:

Experience within a building company
Experience in an Admin role
Excellent communication on the phone and in person
