JURISTE CONTRATS CONFIRME (Contract Advisor)

This role involves:
- Supporting operational staff in response to calls for tenders: validation of specifications, identification of legal risks, validation of responses, qualification and negotiation of customer contracts (design of ships, living quarters for oil platforms etc.)
-Reviewing, writing, qualifying and negotiating various contracts such as EPC, MOU, confidentiality agreements, partnership contracts
-Assisting the operational staff during the contractual execution phase (drafting of addendum if necessary)
-Evaluating the risks and legal needs specific to the files, propose alternative solutions to minimize the risks and maximize the opportunities. More generally, the candidate will have to make engineers aware of contractual and legal risks
-Collaborating with other functions such as finance, insurance, compliance, general secretariat
-Informing management and participating in regular reports
Requirements:
- Higher education in private law, business law (Master II, DJCE, LLM) and / or Bar School.
- 3 years experience minimum, ideally within a public works company or a technical design office (construction, construction ...)
- Proven aptitude for contractual negotiation.
- Good communicator; good listening and interpersonal skills allowing effective interact with a variety of profiles, in a multicultural context.
- Analysis skills, prioritisation of actions and ensuring good transferability of information
- Fluency in English is essential.
