New Home Sales Consultant / Australia

As a result of continued growth our client is looking for an experienced New Home Consultant to join their team in Sydney's North West.
   
As the successful New Home Consultant you will be responsible for:
 

• Identifying a customer's needs and determine products to suit their requirements
• Generate and follow up leads, drive sales and traffic through the display center
• Maintain effective communications with internal and external parties relating to housing products, specifications, permitted variations and delivery expectations
• Develop and maintain a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Highly motivated Sales Professional with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets
• Thorough understanding of House & Land, Re-builds, Duplexes. 
• Full understanding of the sales process with the ability to generate leads and turn these into sales
• The ability to build rapport and generate trust with your clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for providing outstanding and professional customer service

Highly competitive remuneration structure including a base salary of up to $70K + Commissions.
