We are currently looking to engage with an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor for a long term project.

Responsibilties include:

  • Maintain contractor pre-qualification documentation
  • Commercial support to the Commercial Manager
  • Pre & Post Contract Administration
  • Support on the transformation projects
Expectations:

  • 10+ years QS experience within the Civils and/or Utility indsutries
  • 5+ years experience in working wih NEC forms of contract
  • Attention to detail and sound decision making
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Stong understanding of contract change procedures
  • Experience in contractor pre-qualification

This assignment has been assessed as being outside of IR35.
