Freelance/Contract: New Zealand Site Administrator / New Zealand

Are you a site administrator or do you have administrator experience? The client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team in the south of New Zealands North Island.

In this construction site-based role near the town of Hawera / Waipipi / Patea, you will be responsible to all aspect of site administration - specifically you will count employee time sheets, organise permits, scan and file site documentation and attend to emails and daily incidentals. In addition you will be responsible for ordering/acquiring new parts and office supplies, bookings, minute-taking, completing end of tenancy inspections with real estate agencies and undertaking site induction bookings

Suitable candidates will have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and proven administration skills and experience, including the taking of minutes. Previous experience of working on a construction or manual trades dominated site would be highly regarded but is not essential.
