Joinery Estimator / Australia

Joinery Estimator required for a residential kitchen company. Clean and outstanding office and factory conditions, based in Wollongong. This company has a great reputation and gets its work via word of mouth referrals. They've been in operation for over 30 years. 

The Role:

• Project estimation
• Preparing a Scope of Works for a wide range of projects
• Obtaining competitively priced materials
• Undertake material take offs
• Preparation and participation in Tender Handover meetings
• Form relationships with existing clients including following up on existing tenders
• Ensure compliance with Tender requirements
• Preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals on completion of projects

Skills & Experience:

• Have relevant Trade Qualifications in Estimating Building and Construction Projects (experience is highly regarded over qualifications) 
• Estimating experience within the commercial sector for joinery projects
• You understand how to interpret residential construction plans
• You possess excellent written and verbal skills
• Have great time management and can work with deadlines
• You are highly efficient and accurate in your work
