Project Manager - $100K - $120K / Australia

This company has been in the Newcastle area since 2010 and have a great market presence for new, custom homes and house/land packages.

Sites vary across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

Your role as the Project Manager:

• Design, DA and front end set up of the projects
• Get civil, site clearance, structures to completion finished
• Liaise with subbies, clients and consultants on a weekly basis.
• Cost reportings with the Estimators and CAs
• Site based and office based role, travel will be required between sites and the office 

You will need:

• Degree qualification or Trade and local residential experience 
• Experience running projects $5mn - $20mn
• Experience with volume homes or volume projects, large residences
• Ability to travel between projects and the office, remain in a long-term role and work alongside a CA, Site Manager and subcontractors, clients, consultants etc.
