Contract Administrator - Up to $120K / Australia

The client is a Project Management Consultancy who have an established team in Melbourne. They are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator in Melbourne to work out of offices near the CBD. They are looking for someone who is commercially astute and who will be responsible for vetting national contracts with key clients and contractors.

The responsibility of the post holder will include:

- Reporting to the directors on all matters relating to contract administration
- Handling contracts with clients and main contractors
- Advising Project Managers on commercial matters
- Supporting Project Managers in tracking project costs

To be considered for the role of Contract Administrator you must:

- Have at least five years experience as a CA or QS
- Have experience dealing with public sector clients
- Have an appropriate degree or similar qualification
- Be skilled at managing costs related to construction projects
- Be able to support and explain commercial issues to Project Managers who may not share your knowledge of contract administration.
