Senior Services Manager required for a $400m Commercial Project in Sydney.
This is a Services lead role.
The job:
Due to an ever increasing number of projects being won and continued repeat business this growing builder are in need of a Services Manager. Typical Projects are in excess of $50Mill.
In this role you be responsible for the coordination of all building services aspects of your project during the construction phase, this may include design finalisation on D&C projects, commissioning and hand-over.
To be considered you will need to have a proven history as a Services Manager on large commercial projects in excess of $50mill. The ability to work autonomously, knowledge of project management principles and delivery methods.
