Position description
We are seeking a P&PM Analyst to join the Planning & Support Unit of Project Management Office Department.
The Planning & Support Unit is responsible for providing support to the Department, Division for business administration, planning, KPIs and analytics.
The Business Systems Analysts primary role to the Planning & Support Unit, is to generate analytical reporting across the objectives and deliverables of the department and with collaboration to the Division and other required organization
Minimum requirements
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Financial Management from a recognized and approved program.
You will have to have a minimum of six years of experience in cost planning management, accounting, finance or related business activities and practices.
You must have excellent command of oral and written English.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Provide analytical reporting relating to planning tasks such as business plan preparation, accountability and MIS reporting, performance tracking and measurement.
Works with groups in maintaining the flow of business information to assist Department Head/Division Heads in keeping business operations and planning within established programs and standards.
Conducts analysis including development of performance initiatives and business cases, process and information system related changes.
Performs other related staff and business duties, as assigned.
