Project Engineer / Australia

Project Engineer required to join a civil contractor - who specialise in complex water infrastructure projects

Initially a 12 week contract and delivering civil works package of water treatment plant in Western Sydney. Real opportunity to lead to permanent position for the right candidate

Scope of works includes FRP, Foundations, Concrete and minor civil works

As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Assist in managing project activities and work scope on site
• Working on both local and regional projects
• QA & ITPs
• Reporting progress to project manager
• Supervising workforce and subcontractors

The requirement for the Project Engineer are:

• Degree qualified as a Civil Engineer, Construction Management, or equivalent
• 3-5+ years experience in civil infrastructure construction
• Available to start immediately 
• Experience working within water infrastructure highly regarded, but not essential
• Effective communications skills and sub-contractor management
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
