Freelance/Contract: Cost Controllers (x3) - Wind Industry - AUD500.00 - AUD750.00 per day / Australia

Cost Controllers (x3) required for long-term contracts by leading OEM for wind turbine project work across Australia.

Based initially in Melbourne and subsequently mobile across multiple interstate projects, the appointed contractors will report to the Project Controls Manager.

Taking overall responsibility for project cost in support of the PM, the role is to ensure the complete project scope is managed against budget, manage change and cost estimate and control and mitigate associated risks.

Candidates should have a degree in engineering / project management and/or construction management or quantity surveying as well as demonstrable experience of multi-million $ project control. A demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze project estimates and costs, assess progress, provide forecasts and estimate time to complete is essential - as is the ability to work unsupervised in a diverse cultural team environment. Prior experience in the wind sector will be very highly regarded.
