Description

• Technical and commercial support for Service inquiries, both short and long term assignments

• Assist and prepare layout of commercial concepts (solutions, courses, service agreements, etc.)

• Responsible for follow-up on defined service agreements (own portfolio)

• Technical follow-up and collaboration with technical support at the department.

• Perform meeting with field engineers before and after assignments.

• Prepare and ensure that field engineers are well prepared for assignments.

• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of offers, recommend upgrades and retrofit solutions

• Participate in the implementation of projects and upgrades with associated documentation

• Responsible for updated documentation and procedures, as well as update and revise documentation by field assignment.

Requirements

Requirements

Education/Experience

• B.Sc.

• Experience and interest within electrical, automation, electronics / instrumentation • Must be fluent in both written and verbal English and Norwegian

• High work capacity and ability to work under stress and short deadlines

• Good communication skills

• Motivated to handle interdisciplinary issues

• Organized

• Flexible and available also after planned working hours when required

Experience

• Knowledge of frequency converters will be considered an advantages, but is not a requirement.

• Experience from service and field assignments related to the oil and gas industry is also desirable.

• The position does not hold personnel responsibility, reports to Service Operation Manager
