The client is pleased to offer the following key contract position: Senior Engineer Automation - SAS
Work Location: Asker
Start date: 17.02.2020 - 31.12.2020
Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up standardization, functionality and operability for automation systems across platforms, subsea and onshore plant involving several contracts
- Review, interface and follow up of process, utility and automation systems
- Participate in verifications/audit of automation systems, SCD design (System Control Diagram) and FS (Function Specification) internal and towards other contractors, with main focus on Process and Utility systems
- Participate in ongoing studies involving the entire field center
- Participate in automation/SAS test activities/FAT’s
- Designing solutions according to our client's requirements
- Perform and complete engineering documents
- In cooperation with client and contractors ensure standardization and coherent integration and design
- between offshore platforms, onshore site and subsea
Required Education:
- Education Bachelor degree
- Ex course
- FSE course
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience from automation engineering in green field projects to be located on
- Norwegian Continental Shelf
- Minimum 6 years’ Experience from SAS system design activities, including System Control Diagram development and responsibilities from green field projects to be located on Norwegian Continental Shelf.
- Experience and deep knowledge of automation design according to relevant standards such as
- NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL and IEC
- Detail knowledge of Equinor technical requirements (TRs)
Required Qualifications:
- Have good communication skills
- Have a cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- Be systematic and accurate
- Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
- Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
- Fluent Norwegian and English skills - both orally and in writing
