Work Location: Bergen - Sandsli

Duration: 02.03.2020 - 31.03.2021

Option period: 3 x 1 year

Description

Role and responsibilities:

  • Lead the process discipline work in the project in alignment with the project’s follow-up strategy
  • Responsible for the overall process system design in line with the strategy of Always Safe, High Value and Low Carbon Within own discipline, drive engineering efficiency, secure safety in design, design-to-cost and constructability
  • During FEED and execution phase, responsible for following-up Contractor(s) to ensure quality process deliverables in line with scope of work, budget and schedule.
  • As part of an engineering team, contribute to decision making, planning, project risk-, quality- and control activities
  • Ensure experience transfer from similar projects, operations and discipline networks and vice-versa
  • Ensure that process design developed and optimized in accordance with rules, regulations, technical-, operational- and work process requirements
  • Ensure that the discipline work is performed in according to the ‘The Company book’

Task and deliveries:

  • Lead the process team in the project; promoting collaboration and a healty working environment
  • Ensure that the system design is developed, optimized and in accordance with the discipline requirements of the contract.
  • Follow up Contractors process work and deliverables to ensure quality and progress in accordance with the project schedule
  • Ensure that process risks in the system design are identified and handled Contribute to safety in design with special attention to prevent major accidents
  • Ensure collaboration with interfacing parties and other project disciplines to coordinate and align design.
  • Clarify important interfaces towards e.g. Operations, Petec, D&W, Flow Assurance, existing infrastructure etc
  • Establish a good dialogue and effective collaboration with Contractor’s discipline
  • Ensure that the Contractor/Subcontractor understands and implements Company requirements
  • Ensure alignment with the professional ladder.
  • Perform simulations and calculations as necessary
  • Attend and follow up verifications (Reviews, HAZOP’s, BCM’s, 3D model review)
  • Assist in preparation, verification and follow up of procurement packages Contribute to minimum change philosophy
  • Solve process engineering issues at discipline level.
  • Respond to Technical Clarifications (TC),Project Change Proposals (PCP) and Non Conformance Requests (NCR) in due time
  • Contribute and provide input to internal project evaluations, documentation and deliverables

Requirements

  • Master degree, minimum 10 years.
  • Earlier experience from Company is a great advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Grane field is also an advantage.
  • Knowledge og rules and regulations on the NCS
  • Extensive knowledge of Company’s governing documents and work processes.
  • Language requirements English
