LOCATION: Grimsby

SALARY: Dependent on Experience

A market leading specialist steel and metalwork contractor is currently looking for an experience Estimator to be based in their very impressive office in Grimsby. They are an established and growing company who value their staff above all. The Estimator shall;

• A flexible approach and positive attitude, and who can develop with the demands of an expanding business.
• To interpret client Specifications and full bid requirements,
• Producing accurate BOQ from steelwork drawings
• Producing full take off 's from tender drawings
• To be able to price schedules and acquiring sub- contractor prices by issuing enquiries.
• You will also be required to produce accurate add / omits schedules for the purposes of variation valuation
• You must have excellent Excel and IT skills in general.
