Executive Secretary - USD82000 - USD84000 / Iraq

Carries out a variety of secretarial general office duties in the President's office. Such as but not limited to: maintaining an accurate President's schedule, office communications (mail, fax, typing, and maintaining confidential and general files), coordinating travel arrangements, and social functions.

Arranges board and partner management meetings, which includes booking venue, typing and circulating agenda, preparing the President's file for the meeting by including required notes and documents. May attend meetings to take minutes as required.

Coordinates all local issues including those of a protocol/cultural nature involving contacts with Government Officials.
