- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/Electronics or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of the desktop technical technologies, standards and development methodologies.
- Minimum of relevant years’ experience in related field in oil and gas environment.
- Experience in customer focused environment.
- Solid experience in project management which includes contracts/resources management.
- Recognized IT Certifications (A+, Microsoft Specialist Certification Windows 10 & above).
- Excellent knowledge of the desktop technical technologies, standards and development methodologies.
- Good experience in IT reporting tools and software.
- Ability to communicate effectively over phone, chat, email or in person.
- Provide services to IL department on the applications and digital platforms by identifying, analyzing and evaluating the overall business and IT requirements. And contribute to maintaining business continuity; improve business process, technology advancements and application lifecycle optimization.
- Lead Portal digital platforms strategy, vision and priorities based on industry best practices by working with ICT department to meet IL projects objectives.
- Deliver new and complex high quality solutions in response to varying IL department requirements by way of research and evaluation of existing products and solutions to contribute to the business added value of delivered projects.
- Reviews project proposals, holds meetings with vendors, and coordinates participation of various technical in coordination with ICT department.
- Advice IL management on status, progress and the path forward for technical proposals to ensure that these proposals are adequately addressed for management consideration.
- Programs, modifies, develops and implements software-programming applications and software products using company standard tools and methodologies to better ensure system monitoring and maintenance.
- Measure, track and report key system and usage metrics by using the appropriate tools and technologies to meet project KPIs that reflects the critical success factors of the organization.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs through the application of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure that all customer requirements are captured.
- Manage resources and budgets, through correct planning in order to finalise projects and tasks in the agreed duration with the necessary quality and quantity.
- Create and manage business processes/procedures by correct documentation in order to achieve a standard approach to work practices and technologies.
