Chief Site Engineer (MEP) – Metro Project / Egypt

You will be joining what is regarded as one of the best-known and most successful building and civils contractors operating throughout the Middle East and North Africa. This international organisation is currently enjoying a full order book comprising a number of prestigious building and civil engineering projects located internationally. This opportunity being based in Cairo, Egypt.
 
The requirement is for a highly experienced Chief Site Engineer (MEP) with demonstrable construction experience including an in depth knowledge of all aspects of large-scale building and civils projects.
 
Some of the duties will include: Overseeing MEP works, responsibility for the leadership, planning, organisation and management of the engineering function, meet scheduled deadlines, develop, maintain, and establish ongoing relationships, attend permit meetings and any other meetings as required, provide and recommend training for the project engineers, set up project priorities. providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
 
You will need the following: A strong mechanical or electrical engineering heritage, a minimum of 15 years’ experience, a construction related degree.
