Contracts Manager - Up to £65k / England

A well-established top tier main contractor are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their decent homes division. My client pride themselves on their ability to build and maintain long-standing relationships with their customers, which has resulted in more work, and their team expanding.  
 
A first class managerial background covering all aspects of decent homes work is required, including production, technical, quality and health & safety, as well as the ability to motivate and control site managers and sub-contractors.
 
My client are also looking for the following:
 

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the role of Contracts Manager in Refurb sector.
• They must have good relationships with existing clients within the Refurb Market who can use those relationships to bring work to the company which will help to grow the Department.
• They must be commercially aware.
• They must have a can do attitude.
• Have experience of working on projects up to £10M.
• Be Familiar with various software packages incl Excel, Word & ASTA Programming.
• Be able to work & Manage unsupervised to deliver results & work to set Budgets.
• Have experience with Planned Maintenance, Void Units, Decent Homes Programmes & External Refurb works.
• Experience within decent home projects up to £10m in value is necessary.
