Contract: Module (Fabrication lead) Lead - Oil & Gas Operator - USD900 - USD1100 per day / China

Module (Fabrication) Lead - 6/2 rotation - China

Role Overview:

The Module Lead will assure and enable the module fabrication execution planning and implementation by the EPC Contractor and the module fabrication by the EPC Contractor for a set of Utility PAU/PAR modules for the OSBL facilities, to ensure the successful delivery of the LNG Plant Project meeting HSSE, Quality, Schedule and cost targets while maintaining strong relations with external stakeholders (including regulators and JV partners), EPC contractor and subcontractors.

The Module Lead shall have excellent knowledge of the Client and EPC contractor obligations in the contract and enable the EPC Contractor to execute the contract work by monitoring performance and exercising appropriate controls, identifying issues early and engaging the EPC Contractor appropriately.

- Strong understanding and awareness on how to effectively implement a strong safety and quality culture in the Chinese cultural context

- Demonstrated understanding on key technical topics and initiatives required to successfully execute large modularized project: Flawless Project Delivery, Advance Work Packaging, dimensional control, flange management, structural fabrication processes and specifications, piping fabrication processes and specifications, cryogenic insulation, design,single weld hook-up, weight management & control, material management, coating & insulation, yard completions and carry-over work management

- Living the values of Professional Delivery, Aligned Objectives and Respectful Relationships in the engagement with EPC Contractor and its sub- contractors

- Able to displaying genuine care for colleagues, contractors and >40,000 people that will work on the modules

- Strong hands-on experience in large construction and fabrication projects.

- Experience in large modularised LNG projects in the Execution phase

- Extensive contract management experience in executing large lumpsum contracts
