Project Manager / Ivory Coast

My client is seeking for a project manager with a competence of more than 10 years in the projects posts or HTB lines in France and abroad.

CONTEXT / ENVIRONMENT

* As part of the offer _Design, supply and construction works of transmission and distribution works_ for CI Energies, we are looking for a HTB Transport Lot Manager.

* The Transport package consists of providing support to the contracting authority for:
o The creation of Gagnoa 225kV substation
o The passage of 225kV 90kV substations in Bia Sud, Treichville and Yopougnon 1
o The supply and installation of power transformers in the 225kV / 90kV substations in Kossou, Ferké, Man, Taabo and Abobo.
o The supply and installation of power transformers in 90kV source substations in Agboville, Attakro, Ayamé 2, Bongo, Bouake1, Boundiali, Dabou, Daloa, Danané, Dimbokro.

* Place of work: Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION

* Employment is hierarchically attached to the management of EDF Côte dIvoire.

* Project management is provided by the CIST and a project manager seconded to Côte dIvoire. You will report the progress of your batch to the CIST Project Manager.

MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

As a pilot of the Transportation project bundle, you organize or complete the following activities for each project:
- Initiate and organize the project for the Transport part, in particular by carrying out a risk analysis, structuring the project in terms of quality, cost and deadlines
- Have the Project Manager validate the organization and analysis performed above
Produce the various contractual deliverables requested by the customers and in particular with particular attention:
o the control and validation of technical documents (plans, diagrams, calculation notes, data sheets, design and execution notes)
o the control and validation of equipment, materials, materials, works or parts of works
o participation in all factory and on-site tests of project works,
o control and validation of site supply
o the control and validation of on-site assembly and implementation work related to the area of ??competence concerned in accordance with the approved plans
o the monitoring and validation of specific tests of equipment and works and commissioning
- The supervision of the project of the studies, with the realization, until the industrial putting into service of the works
- Financial monitoring of the project for the Transport part
- Periodic reporting of the project to the Project Manager.

You will manage your subcontractors and you:
- guarantee the quality of the files and the commitments made to the clients
- be a guarantor of site safety and regulatory compliance in the country where your teams are involved
- you respect the financial commitments for the Transport part of the project and seek to optimize the margin of the company by cooperating with the distribution division

In addition, as a member of the project management team, you will train a managerial team with the Project Manager and the Distribution Manager, and will work cooperatively and systematically for the good of the project.

Skills

To carry out missions abroad, the person must have at least:
* An engineering degree
* 10 years of experience in HTB positions and lines and having held at least 5 years of responsibilities in a consulting firm or Consulting Engineers Office.
* Have participated in at least two projects with similar complexity.
* to master the French language.

Moves:
Many trips to Côte dIvoire are necessary to follow the progress of the project.
