Description
PCO Vessel Scope of work - The period for the engagement is estimated to be 01.05.20 to 01.09.20 Key activities include: Onshore preparations prior to offshore mobilization: 100 % position in the office at Forus Vest in the period 01.05.20 – 20.07.20.
- Familiarization with project scope of work.
- Review of operational procedures.
- Prepare for and attend Hazop for pipeline commissioning operations.
- Prepare for and attend function test of equipment spreads.
- Handle interfaces between parties involved in the pipeline commissioning operations.
- Assistance to Company Representative for the pipeline commissioning scope of work.
- Engage with and follow-up contractor’s planning for mobilizations to PCO vessel.
- Familiarize with and follow-up of Company Provided Items to marine contractor and PCO contractor.
- Identify risks and closure of actions to mitigate risks.
- Familiarization of site representatives to the pipeline commissioning scope of work.
- Follow-up contractor’s familiarization of site personnel. Offshore operations: Offshore rotation, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off (off work during 2 weeks off period) 20.07.20 – 01.09.20. Act as Company’s site representative on an offshore rotation during the offshore operations;
- Monitoring and follow-up of PCO contractor’s scope of work.
- Hold daily meetings with and coordinate activities between marine contractor, other stakeholders and PCO contractor.
- Prepare for and hold Safe Job Analysis prior to each pipeline commissioning operation.
- Attend Tool Box Talks onboard the PCO vessel.
- Daily meetings and reporting to onshore project.
- Coordination with activities onboard fixed platform.
- Coordination with activities onboard drill rig.
- Follow-up and approve daily reports and field paperwork from PCO contractor, marine contractor and other stakeholders.
- Evaluation and distribution of MOC’s (Management of Change).
- Reporting of any incidents and quality deviations in Synergi.
- Perform/participate in HSE site inspections onboard PCO vessel.
- Facilitate the supply of Company Provided Items and services to Contractor. Clarify, plan and follow-up coming needs for assistance from 3rd parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Solid background within Pipeline Commissioning
- Good understanding of project development
- Experience with follow-up of engineering and marine contractors
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Good teamwork ability, strong collaboration and communication skills
- Structured, systematic and result oriented
- Language requirements English
