Description

• Office coordinator
• Call meetings and send invites, organize team events
• Assist with Visa to different locations
• Booking flight tickets
• Order food and refreshments for meetings/ workshops
• Follow up time keeping system
• Other administrative tasks

Requirements

• would prefer a local candidate due to need to fill quickly and short length of contract
