Project Manager – CAPEX Project – Upcoming Biotech Company
I am collaborating with a small to medium size biotech company that is now looking to open a new site in Switzerland.
Due their vast growth, they are looking to expand their current manufacturing locations by building a new site in the French part of Switzerland, meaning that they will need a team to come in and take the project on from design to completion.
Since Project Management is one of the most important areas, we are looking for a professional project manager with experience in biotech, covering design, commissioning, qualification and validation for both production, utilities and building services. Considering that they are at the stage of actually picking the location, my client will need someone that has experience in taking a project from ground zero.
Keeping in mind that the project is at an very early stage this can be a great opportunity for someone to come in and work with the automation engineer and process engineer in order to get the new site up and running. This will give you the chance to participate in the development of the processes and building them as it goes, having your ideas taken in consideration and applied, not just following someone’s creation without the possibility of changing anything. This will make the job fulfilling and exciting.
The length of the contract might depend on how fast the processes will be implemented, however we are probably looking at 12+ months, which will give you the stability of a long term commitment but also the nice financial reward of a contract.
Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
Experience in within the EU is needed. Please note we can only accept applications from candidates who hold valid European Union passport and are able to work in Europe without visa sponsorship.
