Training Specialist - USD170000 - USD180000 / Iraq

We are looking for a training manager for a 4/2 rotation in the middle east with an operator.

Tasks and Duties:

1. Assist to build up the Training Management System including developing the policies, designing the processes.
2. Implementing training needs analysis and gap analysis for soft skill requirements and gap closure recommendations
3. Support with career planning, development and succession planning
4. Design and development of soft skill training specifications and scope requirements for training projects including procurement and implementation
5. Provide training project support to the field based training teams
6. Support and development of technical training scope requirements, procurement and implementation
