The role

Managing the successful delivery of an industry leading event
Drawing on your event management expertise to plan, administer and coordinate an event from start to finish, adhering to scope and budget under the direction of the Communications Manager
Using your excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including staff and suppliers
Additional marketing and communications support to the Communications Manager as required

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years' event management experience within a corporate environment
High-level organizational, project management and administrative skills
Strong people, relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
A collaborative and positive approach, with a passion for results
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work in a team and independently
A customer-service focus
