Contract: Contracts Manager / Belgium

We are currently working with an International polymer producer to search for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an exciting project in the Chemical industry.

As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with the EPCm contractor in the best way to control works of subcontracts 
• Smooth interfaces to ensure works are completed to minimise disturbances
• Minimise claims and settle claims for best value
• Ensure timely outcome for project 
• Work on site with the Project Director and Project Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager will have the following background:

• Experience as Contracts Manager sitting client side 
• Experience in overseeing EPCm and subcontracts
• Chemical plant construction project experience
• Experience in onshore Oil & Gas would also be suitable
• Familiarity and clear understanding of various Engineering packages

This role is to start Jan/Feb 2020 and will span the life of the project.
