Vacancy: Process Scale-Up Manager (‘dry’)
Location: Billingham, UK
We are currently in partnership with a globally renowned chemical business that is pioneering next generation battery materials for the emerging electrical vehicle industry. Their research and development includes some of the most burning challenges faced by our planet and the people on it. They are recruiting for a Process Scale-Up Manager to manage the scale-up of their technology, to support ongoing project activities whilst coaching and developing a team of scientists and engineers. The successful candidate will be located at the site where the pilot plants and process labs are installed, focussing on the design, scale-up and optimisation of their processes to manufacturing. Ideally you will have;
- A degree in Chemical/Process Engineering. ( Chartered is preferable)
- Leadership skills & managing experience
- Project Management skills for capital projects in a PMO framework
- Experience in scale-up of solid-based process technologies with integrated wet-chemistry processes.
